Shipping Info: How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped within 3 working days, the delivery time will be dictated by your location. Yes, we ship internationally.

How can I check my order status?
Just email musica@concretasala.com with the name and email address used for the order.
Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within Fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at musica@concreta.sala.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the product, try on, didn't use it, etc.

Unless defected, vinyl records are not returnable/refundable.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners.

Certain sales and discount items are non-returnable.
